AROMATHERAPY SWEDISH MASSAGE
Aromatherapy meets Swedish massage!
Mini Massage - £20
This is ideal for pamper parties and group bookings, of if you just want a little add on to your main treatment. A bite size taster of your chosen massage. Please note this will be a seated, upper body massage. A couch will not be set up unless needed for your main treatment.

Classic Aromatherapy Massage - 30 Minutes £50
A taste of luxury - perfect choice for those who just want to try it and then move on to another beauty treat, or those who are short for time.
Luxury Aromatherapy Massage - 60 Minutes £90
Full body and face massage. A custom made blend of essential oils are put together to create a massage oil tailored to your physical and emotional need. Uplifting, relaxing, de-stressing or energizing.
Extended Aromatherapy Massage - 90 minutes £115
An intensive massage, focusing on the whole body. Designed to relieve tension and free the mind. This massage also includes an indian head massage which is generally done with hot oil but can be done without.

Express Pregnancy Massage - 30 Minutes £50

Luxury Pregnancy Massage - 60 Minutes £90
Full body massage, carefully tailored to suit the needs of your pregnant body. The aim is to help relax tense muscles, improve circulation, relieve sore feet and other aching areas. As mother becomes very relaxed and at ease, so will her unborn baby.
Extended Aromatherapy Massage - 90 minutes £115
As the luxury, this massage will help relax the pregnant mum to be. Pregnancy brings on a lot of changes to mother's body, and sometimes this creates a shift in balance, ligament pain, back ache, and even SPD. With 90 minutes we have more time to cater to all of your needs and give you that extra attention. Leaving you feeling totally soothed, and even mentally relaxed.

BABY MASSAGE
Benefits of baby/infant massage
Massage therapy can help your baby to sleep longer and more deeply, can increases a baby’s body awareness, can stimulate circulation, aid in digestion, help relieve colic, improve their sensory awareness, helps babies relax and release emotional stress as well as promotes growth and development of the brain and nervous system.

Recent research suggests that infant massage has tremendous benefits for helping babies grow and thrive. It can help ease your baby’s digestive troubles, teething pains, boost their muscle development and help them to sleep with more regularity.

Our Therapists are fully trained and qualified to provide massage treatments from birth to 1 year. However, some babies may find structured massage over stimulating in early weeks and usually embrace it well from about 6 weeks. Each baby is different, so we work with your judgement, book when you feel your baby is ready. Feel free to contact us prior to booking if you have any questions or are unsure if Massage therapy is right for your baby.

We will have a consultation with you and ascertain any concerns you may have and tailor their techniques to suit your baby's individual needs.
​
Our sessions are baby led - therefore we work very closely by following your baby's cue's and body language. If your baby shows they are not happy, we will change positions and strokes, however if this does not help, we will cease the massage and continue with training and supporting you for the duration of time. We will leave you with tips and tricks to massage and soothe your baby, including recommended products to use.
One off Mobile Baby Massage Session - Appx 1hrs £85
We come to you with everything we need to conduct a full baby massage/training session with you in the comfort of your own home. We aim to leave your baby fully relaxed and possibly sleeping upon completion, all dependant on your baby's response to massage.

Virtual Baby Massage Session - Appx 1.5hrs

A 121 or group zoom session taking you through your baby massage training. We briefly get to know you and your baby, have a mini consultation and demonstrate the methods and massage techniques to use on your baby, whilst you do them practically on your baby, we are here to guide and assist you. Leaving you confident to repeat what you've learned as and when it suits you and baby. You can off course book another session as and when you feel you may need refreshing or things change.

Please note this is not an accredited training course, we are Qualified and insured to perform baby massage. We are simply educating mothers with skills for their own private use, to benefit their babies.
WARM CANDLE MASSAGE
